Strategic Human Resource Management (Strategic HRM) is available as a standalone online course starting in September 2025.
Whether you’re exploring your next move or not yet ready to commit to the full MBM, this course gives you a practical, credit-bearing option with the flexibility to continue into the full degree later. An added benefit of completing this course is that it unlocks the opportunity to specialise in either HRM or Strategic Management, offering you a flexible pathway to enhance your career prospects.
Programme Structure
The MBM comprises three parts. Part I: 60 points of core courses, Part II: 60 points of courses in a chosen specialisation, Part III: two 15 point courses and a 30-point capstone project. In Part III students will be expected to demonstrate that they have an advanced and integrated understanding of a complex body of knowledge and have the ability to apply this independently in a range of professional practice contexts.
