This course provides a practical and relatable context for applying core frameworks, tools, and decision-making practices by following the simulated journey of a newly hired product associate at a SaaS company, specialising in AI-driven customer support. Students will build a professional product management portfolio by completing a sequence of real-world artefacts that demonstrate their learning and professional growth.
Upon completion, students who wish to progress their studies further towards a formal qualification may count this course towards the Master of Business Management in Product Management (entry criteria and time limits apply).
Programme Structure
In this course, you will explores how product managers execute strategy, manage product portfolios, harness customer insights, prioritise development, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Students will create and effectively communicate key product management artefacts while developing and justifying evidence-based product strategies using industry-standard frameworks, accounting for market dynamics, organisational constraints, and stakeholder interests.

If you decide to progress your studies further towards a full qualification, you can apply to reassign the points from your CoP to the MBM (entry criteria and time limits apply).
